Return & Refund Policy – Herbavaq

This policy applies to all orders placed on herbavaq.com.


1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us an email at:

including your name, your order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • unopened, unused, and undamaged

  • the seal must be intact

  • returned within 14 days after your withdrawal request

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.


3. Return Address

The return address will be provided to you by email, depending on the warehouse responsible for your order.

⚠️ We cannot accept parcels sent “postage due” or any returns made without prior approval.


4. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • We will refund the product purchase price

  • Original shipping fees are not refunded

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Using the same payment method used during checkout

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


5. Damaged Goods or Wrong Item Received

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at herbavaq@gmail.com

  2. Include clear photos of the issue

  3. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund


6. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier

  • Depending on the result, we will resend your order or issue a refund


7. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • opened or used products

  • products with a broken seal

  • returns submitted after the 14-day period
